Challenge:
They were facing three challenges in their business. First, they couldn’t find their competitive advantage over their competitors. They wanted to know if their competitors are better/worse, and how. Second, they wanted to know how they position their product in market. Third, they didn’t know how to bring their team on the same wave length.
Solution:
With the help of managing director of hushpuppies, EdTechWorx prepared a real life simulation. They asked people to participate in simulation from various departments of hushpuppies. A total of 50 people were given for 3 days. Using the EdTechWorx’s website, they collected real data from their own brand as well as the competitors brand via mystery shopping. This activity took place in Lahore. They collected the data from the competitors’ as well as their own outlets. They also conducted interviews with customers using our platform.
Results:
They got the firsthand experience as customer. They used the data to find out positioning. For the first time they got actual data collected by their own people. All the team came on same wavelength. EDTW team helped them make analysis of the results. They could now benchmark themselves against the market. They could see the problems in their company and now could find the solutions to tackle the problems. They were able to find out how well or poorly were the SOP’s being followed at their outlets, and what was the direness between their outlets SOPs and the competitor’s outlets SOPs. We helped them in becoming data driven modern company.
